Behold the TomTom White Pearl, the satnav maker’s first foray into the world of repainting an existing gadget white and selling it all over again. What? It works.
TomTom only recently launched the TomTom ONE IQ Routes edition, but it’s just given the clever little GPS a makeover with the TomTom White Pearl, a satnav with a swirly pattern printed over the top.

You’ll still be able to get traffic updates courtesy of TomTom, but that’s not all that’s new about the 3.5 inch TomTom White Pearl though: it’s got special points of interest built in, including “Places to be seen” and “Shop ’til you drop”, which actually sound slightly sexist now that we’ve written them.
It’s easy to laugh, but the TomTom White Pearl will sell bucket loads in the US – remember they drive on the white. The TomTom White Pearl will be available from Amazon for £179.99 later this month.
