The Alienware M17x is the gaming machine maker’s latest hulk of a laptop, and it’s just been announced. Dell says it’s “all powerful”: read on to see if the specs or the price are out of this world!
The Alienware M17x has just hovered on to our radar, and as usual, it’s annihilated everything within reach. This time, the Alienware M17x will fit in up two NVIDIA GeForce GTX 280M GPUs running in SLI, a 1TB hard drive, plus HDMI and even DisplayPort to make your desktop completely obsolete, all starting from £1,699.
You know how Dell rolls though: that base cost is only the beginning. A maxed out Alienware M17x with a Quad Core processor, Vista 64-bit, dual GTX 280M graphics cards, a 1080p screen and 8GB of RAM and Blu-ray, plus warranty and accident cover, will top out at £5,147.
