The Eee PC 1005HA Seashell has just been spotted in the wild: read on to see the beefy battery follow up to the 1008HA in a hands-on video fest!
We’ve already had confirmation from Asus that the Eee PC 1005HA Seashell will arrive on the shores this Summer, but our fellow netbook fans on the continent have got to grips with the critter already.

As you can see in the hands-on video below, the Eee PC 1005HA Seashell looks to have one of the best keyboards on a 10 inch machine yet, and while it’s considerably bulkier than the 1008HA, that’s all down to the removable 6 cell battery which should be good for a whole working day away from the mains (In case you haven’t clocked it, the Eee PC 1005HA Seashell is essentially a stylish 1000HE).
There’s still no word yet on whether we’ll be seeing the two different versions of the Eee PC 1005HA Seashell we’ve heard rumoured, but with Computex kicking off next month in Taiwan, we may well find out then.
