Nokia Ovi Store came as no surprise to us when it was announced back at Mobile World Congress: everyone’s getting in on the download centre fad, but that doesn’t mean that Nokia’s isn’t one of the best yet.
Nokia Ovi Store launching with 1000 apps
Log on to the Noki Ovi Store at store.ovi.com on your Nokia mobile right now, and you should see all of the latest wares on sale. You can either trawl through apps on the Nokia Ovi Store website (At a glance, we’re seeing things like Associated Press and Trapster, the speed camera warning service) or if your blower is supported, download the glossy Nokia Ovi Store app.
We’re still having a few problems jumping on to the Nokia Ovi Store at the moment on a Nokia N95 in the UK, but Nokia’s busy rolling out worldwide as we speak so check it out for yourself, and expect a full service to commence shortly.
