The Panasonic HDCS-SD10 and HDC-TM10 HD camcorders may film your flicks in full HD, but that image increase won’t come at a cost your arms: the pair of Panasonic HD camcorders come in at just 227g.
In a bit of Tardis tech, Panasonic has also managed to shovel in 16x optical zoom, touchscreen control, face detection and image stabilising. The only difference is the Panasonic HDC-SD10 records solely to SD cards, while the Panasonic HDC-TM10 offers 8GB of storage baked in for £30 more.
Both the Panasonic HD camcorders step off the scales and onto the shelves in June, with prices from £499.99.
