The HTC Magic goes on sale through Vodafone today. We’ve been playing with it for a while already, and can report it’s a huge leap on for Android phones.

Inside Vodafone’s exclusive HTC Magic box you’ll find the phone, a charger and USB cable and 2GB memory card, as well as a leather case and USB headphones.
The latter is the only niggling annoyance in the HTC Magic’s otherwise well-rounded offering. You’ll need a separate adapter to hook up standard headphones, and HTC’s feel cheap and awkward in use.
