The creator of the Metal Gear Solid series, Hideo Kojima, has admitted that his company Kojima Productions is facing “pressure” from Konami to create the next Metal Gear game, despite Kojima previously stating that Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns Of The Patriots would definitely be the last in the series.

But Kojima has laid several surprising hints as to where Metal Gear could go next as a series, even if the next game isn’t strictly a sequel to Metal Gear Solid 4

Nintendo’s Wii MotionPlus add-on launches 12 June. Designed to improve the accuracy of the WiiMote, MotionPlus won’t apparently improve the WiiMote’s accuracy with older games that weren’t designed specifically to work with the add-on.

Electric car discounts of up to £5,000 are set to be offered by the Government in a bid to get us tootling around town on greener wheels.

Transport secretary Geoff Hoon and business secretary Lord Mandelson are to announce a new £250m initiative today to get motorists out of gas guzzlers and into a cleaner electric car, as part of a plan to cut CO2 emissions by 26% by 2020.
