Storage kings LaCie have just made re-using your SD/SDHC and microSD cards a lot easier. The dinky new LaCie Data/Share device features card slots and a USB connector, and lets you access whatever’s stored on the cards without faffing around with larger adapters.

The LaCie Data/Share comes in two halves – one white, one red – each with a slot for one kind of card, plus a USB plug. The two halves slot together when not in use, which lessens the chance of damage and keeps things compact for portability.

Why would you need a LaCie Data/Share device? Just think of all those old memory cards you’ve got kicking around, either from digital cameras, old MP3 players, or just the tiny slivers of memory packed with now-replaced phones. Put them into a LaCie Data/Share socket and you’ve got a much more useful chunk of memory.
