Street Fighter IV is heading to PC, and Capcom just let slip the arrival date for the big details. Gamers hoping to hurl a few hadoukens on the desktop had better get their calendars out!
Street Fighter IV is already out on Xbox 360 and PS3, but a PC version is in the pipeline, and Capcom’s just given us a date for the big unveling: May 1.
A post on the official Japanese Street Fighter IV blog says more details on ther PC release are due on May Day. Yeah, it’s a release date for a Street Fighter IV release date, but decent beat’em ups are pretty rare on the PC, especially ones that may come bundled with special edition arcade pads, and there could be a few extra Street Fighter IV features to make console button bashers jealous.
As the Street Fighter IV blog post says, “This summer is going to become super hot release!” Er, yes indeedy.
