UPDATE: The Sony Ericsson W715 just got its own microsite, The Inside Tracks, where you can see the phone in 360 degrees and even take a walking audio tour of London. Check it out!
The Sony Ericsson W715 Walkman cum satnav phone that’s exclusive to Vodafone has just sneaked round to pay us a visit. Check out all the unboxing photos in our hands-on gallery!
True, the Sony Ericsson W715 bears an uncanny resemblance to the already released W705. We’re looking at a 2.4 inch screen, HSDPA and Wi-Fi, a 3.2MP camera and up to 4GB of storage via the MemoryStick card slot.
In fact the Sony Ericsson W715 is the W705, but for one crucial difference: it’s got GPS, and works wonders with Vodafone’s Find&Go satnav service so you can kick the TomTom to the kerb. It’s launched straight from the home screen, free for a month and £5 every month after that.
The Sony Ericsson W715 is available in shops and to order on the Vodafone website right now if you fancy a satnav that sings to you, but be sure to check it out in our Sony Ericsson W715 unboxing gallery first.
