Mitsubishi‘s just pushed out the Mitsubishi 737 Series of home theatre goggleboxes, with the top end 3D TV ready model clocking in at 82 inches! That Sky 3D and 3D HDTV combo’s rapidly becoming a reality. Read on to find out how much it’ll set you back.
Last time we saw a Mitsubishi 3D TV in action was back at CES in January, but that was “only” 73 inches. The new Mitsubishi 737 Series 3D TV range tops that, with the highest end 1080p model stretching across 82 inches (There are new 60, 65 and 75 Mitsubishi 737 Series models too if you’re only feeling mildly extravagant).
There are plenty of other features included, natch, including four HDMI ports and 120Hz smooth imaging, and the 82 inch Mitsubishi 737 Series 3D TV tops in at a surprisingly low $4,200 (£2,860) – it is a rear lit DLP rather than a flatscreen though.
The launch is US only for the Mitsubishi 737 Series 82 incher sadly, so you’ll be looking at sky high shipping costs to get it to Blighty, but we’ll be sure to let you know if a UK release date is announced anytime soon. In the meantime, be sure to check out our gallery of a Mitsubishi 3D TV in action!
