Acer outs 11.6 inch Aspire One, eMachine all-in-ones and AspireRevo nettop

UPDATE: We’ve now got official photos of all the new Acer models, so read on to see them.

Acer just launched an 11.6 inch Aspire One netbook, as well as a new range of Aspire all-in-ones and the AspireRevo nettop, meaning its new Aspire line up looks eerily similar to Asus‘s Eee range and MSI‘s Wind family. Is someone copying over their shoulders?

Following on from Samsung‘s move to a 12 inch netbook, we’ve now got an 11.6 inch Acer Aspie One incoming, with a WXGA resolution screen, the usual netbook suspect specs (160GB HDD, Atom chip, Wi-Fi) plus Bluetooth, 3G and Dolby ProLogic Sound.

We’re not sold on borderline full size sub-notebooks, but if Acer manages to keep the price low, the Acer AspireRevo nettop should be much more attractive an option. It’s still got the 1.6GHz Atom processor, but the Acer AspireRevo nettop also fits in up to 4 gigs o’RAM, up to 250GB of hard drive and will handle 1080p video.

Rounding off the new family, Acer’s chucked out the potentially gorgeous Acer Aspire all-in-one, which looks like an Asus Eee Top crossed with an iMac. The Acer eMachine comes in two sizes, the 18.5inch eMachine EZ1600, with a 720p rezzie screen, 160GB HDD, DVD drive and Wi-Fi, and the altogether stunning Acer Aspire Z5600 AIO, with a 24 inch, full HD touchscreen, TV tuner, Blu-ray and 2TB of storage.

As you might have guessed the whole new Acer Aspire range is in the wind right now, but as soon as we get scent of pricing or availability we’ll bring them to you.
