The Sony Ericsson Idou (and its 12-megapixel camera) was undoubtedly one of the highlights of the Mobile World Congress earlier this year – but while they were happy to show the phone off, Sony Ericsson wasn’t so keen to reveal a release date. Until now…
According to Swedish phone site Mobil.se, a Sony Ericsson Germany product manager has confirmed that the Sony Ericsson Idou will likely go on sale in October 2009, or possibly November 2009. The bean-spiller also said that the Sony Ericsson Idou is just one of several entertainment-centric handsets the company plans to unleash in the near future.
