Remember the Dell Studio One 19 iMac alike we saw yesterday? Turns out it’s no longer confined to Japan: Dell is planning a worldwide roll out for the multitouch machine, and starting at a much lower price than first thought too! Read on for all the info.
Dell’s all in one Dell Studio One 19, with an aluminium shell, Blu-ray and a multitouch screen, had us smitten when we saw it, and not a little jealous of all the Japan only exclusivity. But Dell has now confirmed that the Dell Studio One 19 is getting a worldwide release.
According to Dell, the Dell Studio One 19 will launch in “many other countries later this spring”, and given how busy Dell has been re-inventing itself in the UK of late, you’d have to expect Blighty to be in line for a Dell Studio One 19 release.
The news gets better though. The bottom end Dell Studio One 19 will cost just $699 (£500). Admittedly, this version will lack a touchscreen, Blu-ray and dedicated graphics card, but that’s a fantastic price for a serious Asus Eee Top topper.
