UPDATE: The Pocket Yoga isn’t real folks. Lenovo says it’s a two year old concept and nothing more. Still, no reason not to check out the official pictures, so be sure to check out the gallery and dream of what could have been.
Lenovo is prepping an ultra portable computer with the same form factor as the Sony VAIO P. So it’s definitely not a netbook then, no. Read on for the details.
A Lenovo concept model snapped in China has just leaked online, and the Lenovo prototype appears to be a Lenovo ThinkPad Reserve Edition crossed with the Sony VAIO P high end ultra portable laptop.
There are no more details unfortunately but we’d love to know what Lenovo has put inside this Sony VAIO P rival – will it pack the same hi-res screen and SSD, or will it be solely designed for web browsing a la the PocketSurfer? It certainly seems to have a trackball in the upper right hand corner like the latter.
We’ll bring you more on the mysterious Lenovo ultra portable as soon as we hear it – with any luck it’ll cost less than the Sony VAIO P or the Earth.
