Gooood morning! If you don’t feel wide awake yet, we’re sure you will after chowing down on all the latest tech news. Everything that’s happened, all in one place: it’s all in techie breakie, and it’s after the jump!

Two tech tradeshows take place this week. First up there’s the PMA photography tradeshow in Las Vegas, and the first new models are already starting to flash up: GE’s new panoramic range of compact cameras, and Samsung‘s seriously slim Micro Four Thirds hybrid cameras.

Then there’s CeBIT, the computing show in Germany. Asus decided to jump the gun at CES last month to get a head start on competitors, and it’s done so at CeBIT too, unveiling a dual touchscreen laptop concept and the world’s first laptop with a 1TB SSD!

Back in Blighty, the BBC is pushing for a TV on-demand standard for set top boxes, whilst Skype could be causing serious problems in the Nokia N97 release schedule.

Finally, two more stories from abroad: LG has denied it’s pulling out of plasma TV (Hooray!) and Bill Gates‘ wife has committed the ultimate betrayal and admitted she wants an iPhone.

Need more news still? Plenty over on the homepage, so what are you waiting for?
