LG Watch Phone priced for UK

The LG Watch Phone that made us all go Oooh when it appeared at CES last year has been tentatively scheduled for a 2009 release via Orange in the UK. We are still no closer to a date that ’2009′ but according to Mobile Today the UK price may have been settled on, and it is a whopper.

Microsoft is upping the incentives to hand over your credit card details and subscribe to its Xbox LIVE Gold service with a weekly sales promotion for Xbox LIVE Arcade titles. The superb time-shifting platform puzzler, Braid, will be the first to get the discount treatment, being offered to paying subscribers for 800 Microsoft points (£6.80) instead of the usual 1200 (£10.20).

Apologies to all PS3 fans; if you thought that there was the faintest spark of hope that Fallout 3 DLC would eventually make its way to Sony’s platform, you might as well douse it. It just ain’t happening. Bethesda has made it very clear that its DLC efforts, including the recent Operation Anchorage and The Pitt, coming up soon, are for Xbox 360 and PC only.
