Apple confirms Steve Jobs succession plans

February 26th, 2009

Apple confirmed it has Steve Jobs succession plans at the company’s annual shareholders meeting yesterday in case the currently absent CEO is unable to return to work. Details after the jump!

Apple fielded questions from the company’s shareholders at an hour long meeting yesterday – and high up the agenda was the state of Steve Jobs, whose health has caused much media speculation and share price wobbling.

Does this show how serious Jobs’ current condition is? And is Apple paving the way for chief operating officer Tim Cook to take over full time? Your thoughts, below!
