It’s the start of another long week, so you’ve got five full days to get all that work done – kill some time instead by catching up with all the tech news you might have missed over the weekend!
A couple of exciting Android bits and bobs up first: we got a first glimpse of a world first dual-SIM Android phone, we looked at whether the Huawei Android phone on show at Mobile World Congress was real or not, and Android Market put out its terms and conditions for the world to see.
Staying in mobile world, LG confirmed it was working on a 12MP cameraphone to rival the Sony Ericsson Idou, while Mozilla went to the US government to try and legalise iPhone unlocking – Apple won’t be pleased!
In netbooks, the Asus Eee PC 1000HE is now shipping to the US, while the HD video enabled Dell Inspiron Mini 10 has gone live on the Dell website – we’ve got plenty of official pics.
Some camera news too, good and bad. Nikon has said it’ll be raising DSLR prices again, but on the plus side, Ricoh has pulled out the Ricoh CX1, a stunning point and shoot that fires off snaps at 120fps!
And finally, the stupidest invention in the history of the world is now on sale on Amazon. It’s utter, utter nonsense, so if you fancy having your identity stolen, be sure to buy one!
