The Nintendo DSi may be launching in the UK at the end of next month, but what of our American cousins? Nintendo has just confirmed the (slightly later) release date for the North American region.
The Nintendo DSi will be going on sale in the United States on April 5th – nearly a week after UK gamers will be able to get their hands on it. Ha. Eat that, America – that’ll teach you to see films before us.
On the positive side, those darn yankees will be getting a whole extra colour that will be denied to British Nintendo DSi owners. In addition to the classic ‘Black’ or ‘White’ Nintendo DSi, the US will also get ‘Light Blue’.
Oh, and the NIntendo DSi will be cheaper over there too. About £50 cheaper at current exchange rates. Still – we get an extra week! Umm. Yay.
