Morning all! Tuesday is day two of Mobile World Congress, so before all the latest news comes pouring in, take a break to catch up on everything you missed yesterday. it’s all in techie breakie after the jump!
Yesterday saw Mobile World Congress kick off, triggering an avalanche of phone news. We got hands on with the LG Arena, while the Korean company debuted a new glass keypad phone and confirmed the LG Watch Phone will be out this year.
Elsewhere, we got hands on with arch rival Samsung‘s new offerings: the Samsung Beat DJ, Samsung Tocco Ultra and Samsung OmniaHD, and it pulled the covers off the Samsung Show i7410 pocket projector phone.
It was straight to the Microsoft keynote after that, where Steve Ballmer officially announced Windows Mobile 6.5, as well as the Windows Marketplace app store and cloud backup service My Phone.
We saw all the new Nokia phones yesterday morning, but later in the day we got hold of all the official photos of the Eseries E55 and E75 handsets on the way – be sure to check them out.
