The Nokia N86 8MP might have leaked last night, but the Big N has now officially launched its first 8 megapixel cameraphone, get all the official photos and juicy details after the jump!
As we expected, the N86 8MP comes packing a Carl Zeiss lens, fast mechanical shutter and it’s the first mobile with variable aperture for images sharper than Gordon Ramsay’s steak knives. It’s also packing GPS, so they’ll automatically be geotagged too.
Nokia says the new N86 8MP will play N-Gage games, and comes with Share on Ovi and Flickr uploading abilities.
There’s 8GB of storage inside, which Nokia says will let the N86 8GB hold 4,000 images at 8 megapixel resolution, and if you need more room it’ll swallow microSD cards up to 16GB.
We think the N86 8MP is a real winner. It puts Nokia squarely back in the cameraphone game, and it’s still a capable smartphone too. Check out all the images in our N86 8MP gallery below.
