HTC just announced the HTC Touch Diamond2, which looks like it could give the Nokia E55 a run for its money in the world’s thinnest smartphone stakes. All the details on the HTC Touch Diamond2, plus plenty of pics, after the jump!
Unsurprisingly, the HTC TouchDiamond2 is the sucessor to HTC’s Touch Diamond Windows Mobile smartphone, and it’s still rocking the same angular look.
This time round though the HTC Touch Diamond2 has a 3.2inch VGA touchscreen, a zoom bar for web viewing (working around the lack of multitouch, eh HTC?), a 5MP camera, “gravity sensor” and fifty per cent better battery life, as well as the TouchFLO 3D Windows Mobile interface we’ve seen on the Touch HD.
No, it’s not the T-Mobile G2, and it doesn’t even look like it’ll come with Windows Mobile 6.5, but the HTC Touch Diamond2 will do in the meantime for any HTC fans who thought the Touch HD was a little bit too big. More soon.
