The iPhone update rumours continue today with another tech analyst throwing his hat into the ring: he reckons Apple will release a £75 iPhone in time for summer. All the inexpensive iPhone details after the jump!
Mark Abramsky, an analyst at RBC, reckons that Apple will release two versions of the iPhone this summer: an improved 3G version with a better camera, video recording and 32GB of SSD, and a scaled down $99 handset. That translates to around £75 with current exchange rates!
Abramsky reckons the budget iPhone won’t be an iPhone nano but a 2G version without video. This is only speculation of course, but that sounds feasible to us – the only thing we’ll put money on is that any new iPhone model will run apps just the same as the iPhone 3G. Stay tuned.
