We’ve all been there: you’re out at a bar, you meet a girl, you want to make a move, but you’re worried that your breath smells worse than a Steve Ballmer’s BO. Then you’ve thought, if only I had a portable media player that checks my breath and rates it for kissability instead of this rubbish iPod Touch. Haven’t you? Haven’t you?
It’s obviously happened to the founders of Korean electronics company SEJU at some point in their lives, because low and behold, we’ve just found a “Smelling MP4 player” that doubles as a breath checker and alcohol breathalyzer, letting you know if you’re not fit to smooch or get behind the wheel with hilarious icons.
Halitosis detecting skills aside, it’ll play videos, tunes and pictures, with 4GB of internal memory to store them on. Unfortunately, there’s no outlets selling it just yet, but SEJU says it should cost consumers around $100 if it makes it to market.
Check out the pictures below, as well as the unintentionally daft background to the CES stand.
