The Bible tells us that “All flesh is grass”. Soon, perhaps, all phones will be too. A designer has created a concept recyclable phone made almost entirely from grass cutings.
The Natural Year Phone, designed by Je-Hyun Kim, is intended to biodegrade completely once the small amount of circuitry is removed. The phone will have a ‘natural’ life of around two years and then begin to break down (literally).
Hang on though, isn’t this just the plot of the Cheech and Chong movie? The one with the transit van made from marijuana? Hmm. I forsee problems carryinig this through customs should you take it on holiday.
Clearly, this will remain a concept for as long as people dislike having crumbly bits of their phone fall off into their pockets (i.e. forever) but the idea of gadgets that biodegrade is a strong one and is almost certainly here for keeps.

I thought I heard and seen many weird things but this has to be in the top 10 if not the top place runner, a phone made from grass come one and that it has a life span of 2 years, this is just crazy what on earth will they think of next.
