We always knew that winning an online auction involved a bit of luck, but never realised it was entirely down to chance like this eBay slot machine we snapped in a Las Vegas casino today.
We’re not entirely sure what makes this slot machine in the Venetian hotel, host of the Consumer Electronic Show, eBay related other than that instead of dollar signs and pieces of fruit, the slot symbols have been replaced with item categories from the auction site.
It certainly seems to be pulling in the punters though, even in the middle of a credit crunch.
We’d love to know how this union of slots and lots came together. We’re particularly fond of the eBay branded chairs surrounding it. However, there’s no denying winning on this thing is going to be a lot more rewarding than scooping that rare collection of toby jugs online.
