DAB is dead. It’s about to be crushed by Internet radio, which is coming to cars courtesy of Blaupunkt. It’ll dish up more choice than ever before, as well as working in areas where there’s no digital radio signal.
It could mark the end for DAB, which has yet to make a serious dent on the motor market. But don’t worry, it’s not completely obsessed with DAB signals.
Inside there’s also an FM receiver just in case you can’t live without the traditional crackle-fest, and as well as pulling web radio from the internet, it’ll also allow access to the other features using Bluetooth, such as integration with your mobile’s phonebook.
