Sony’s got a teaser website up and running ahead of CES next month, promising a groundbreaking new laptop. Will it be the Vaio netbook we’ve been expecting?

Sony’s New Zealand site features a teaser line stating: “On the 9th of January you will change the way you look at laptops. Forever”.

That’s a bold statement. We reckon it can only be a new Sony netbook, bringing the tiny shell and cut-price we’ve come to know and love, alongside some seriously high-end features. OLED screen anyone? We already know they’re heading to the new touchscreen Walkman range.

Sony’s due to unveil all at a press conference next month. We’ll be in attendance, and bringing you live updates and photos as soon as the new product is revealed. Keep it here.
