Metal Gear Solid 4 is one of the few big exclusives on the PS3, but the rumours about a version of it coming to the Xbox 360 just won’t die. And now a teaser website is hinting that Konami is all set to give Microsoft’s console some love.

A simple animated message reads, “A next Metal Gear is…” under a crytic series of symbols (an equation, really) that ends with what looks very much like an Xbox 360 power button. Oh, and the symbols are all lurid bright green – the Xbox 360′s trademark colour.

That’s yer lot, as far as hints go, but the 360 connection seems solid. We’ll find out more when Hideo Kojima and pals formally announce the game next year…

    Definitely not 360, but it could be something for the PSP.

    If it was for the 360, the ring would be in red of course, considering how shitty the 360 hardware is and all.

    Everywhere is running this article and saying that the symbol is the xbox 360 power symbol, does nobody realise that that symbol is actually the universal standby symbol. The same symbol is right here on my laptop, on my sky digital remote, on my tv remote on the wii on the surround sound and loads of other stuff aswell. I hope it is coming to xbox though!
