Remember the hoo-hah over Sony pulling most of its films from Netflix last week? Well it’s (almost) been reversed, with the majority now available again almost exactly a week later.
Sony hasn’t given an official explanation for its brief hokey-cokey act, but most of its titles are now available through Netflix’ Watch Instantly service in the US.
There are a few exceptions, however, including Walk Hard and Bad Boys. Maybe it was a standard licencing issue after all.
Whatever the reason, it’s good to see Sony playing ball again, even if we’re still waiting for proper movie streaming through Xbox on this side of the pond.
