In the hand it feels solid. Sure, it’s 50% heavier than the first Prada Phone, but that’s because of the slide out keyboard. Incidentally, the keyboard feels solid, and clicks nicely. We’re still not sure about typing for long periods on it, but it’ll definitely take the strain when it comes to e-mails and lengthy texts.

And then there’s the touchscreen. The good news is it’s much more responsive than the first Prada handset. It’s also - shock horror - multitouch! Yep, you read that right. The Prada will let you pinch to zoom in and out of pictures, documents and web pages. The browser inside is made by Opera. It’s fast, and seemed as stable as you’d expect.
