TalkTalk, the broadband and home phone company launched by The Carphone Warehouse, has announced a new service called myTalkTalk, which lets customers build their own home service, so it’s individually tailor-made for them.

According to the telecoms company, it’s being launched as a direct response to recent customer research that showed 94% of the public don’t want to pay for bits of their broadband and calls package they don’t use – well, who does, especially in these harsh economic times? And a further 65% would like to be able to handpick their own bespoke package.

In addition to core phone and broadband packages, myTalkTalk offers optional add-on features called “Boosts” that customers can chose to upgrade their service. Each boost will cost £4 per month and users can turn them on and off at their will (no contract). With these, customers now have 721 different product combinations to choose from.

Out 18th November | £6.49 | TalkTalk
