Merry Wednesday, and welcome to lunchtime! It’s officially time to stop working, start stuffing your face, and fill up on the latest tech news you’ve missed so far this morning.

The T-Mobile G1’s well and truly under assault from developers. First it got its own Gameboy emulator, and now there’s an unnofficial tethering app to let laptops hop online through the mobile’s USB port.

So much for T-Mobile claiming it couldn’t be done!

Elsewhere, more new features are leaking out of Windows 7. As well as a new taskbar and fancy streaming skills, the new OS supports mouse gestures. See them in action here!

Lastly, some news from late last night, when we took delivery of HTC’s Touch HD. It’s not on sale yet, but check out our unboxing gallery to see why you should be at the front of the queue when it finally hits stores!
