We’re big fans of Pure’s DAB radios, and the latest models just get better and better. Now the radio giants have dished up details of their next flagship model, the Evoke 2S.
Inside there’s all the digital wizardry you’d expect, as well as an OLED display and brand new Class D amps for a whopping 30 watts of power.
That’s an impressive stat for such a small box, and it’ll even keep kicking for 20 hours when using an optional ChargePAK battery.
Covered with maple veneer it’s a neat little tuner, and there’s an auxillary connector around the back too, so it’ll work with any MP3 player you have.
If you fancy parking it in the kitchen there’s even a countdown timer to help avoid burning your spuds.
As you’d expect it’s part of Pure’s eco-friendly range, carrying the EcoPlus badge, and it’s the first ever Pure radio to feature a proper power button, rather than simply sitting in standby, so it won’t use any power while switched off, but will remember all your settings.
