Addicted to Facebook? Then you’ve probably already got it on your phone. Still, Three thinks there’s still some way to go, and is gearing up to launch what looks like a dedicated Facebook phone.
The network has launched a teaser site, counting down to launch day on 13 November, letting anyone interested sign up for alerts when the mystery mobile goes on sale.
“It will change the way you use Facebook on your Phone,” says Three. “Trust us, you don’t want to miss out”.
Now call us jaded, but we’ve already seen Three’s Skypephone S2, complete with built-in Facebook software, and if that doesn’t get your Poking finger twitching, there’s always the mobile web version (which will work on any phone), and even a brand new iPhone app.
So what does Three have in store? A location-sensing mobile to let mates know where you are? A phone that’ll stream live video to your profile?
We’re inclined to expect something a little less exciting, maybe a mobile with unlimited access to Facebook absolutely free.
