The T-Mobile G1 hits Britain on Thursday, but we’ve got our hands on one four days early. Feast your eyes on the first Android phone in the world, ripped from its packaging and photographed from every angle.
The G1′s packaging is slick. Not as fancy as that of the iPhone, admittedly, but with all accessories bundled in an inner box, it’s a neat affair. What’s more, there’s more on offer than with Apple’s phone, with a case included, as well as a charger and separate USB cable.
The bundled headphones come packed with a remote capable of answering calls, pausing and playing music, as well as adjusting the volume. Another subtle blow to the iPhone there, even if the G1 itself doesn’t pack a standard headphone socket.
But enough reading, click on the images below to get a first look at the G1, and keep it here for a full review by the time it finally hits the shops.
