As much as we want to believe that James Bond really does use a Sony Vaio Z Series, it don’t half look a little bit flimsy for Her Majesty’s finest secret agent. Compare and contrast with this IBM spy equipped hunk of chunk. Look – it’s even got a rocket launcher built in!*

This Nicolas Lehotzky designed brute looks like it could take a bit of punishment in the field and it would never give up its secrets even under extreme torture.

It features concealed USB ports, to fool would be data thieves, a lockable lid that can be unlatched only by fingerprint and – our personal favourite – a built in shredder for safely disposing of sensitive documents so they don’t fall into the wrong hands.

  1. That is genius. Just don’t mix up the shredder and the lid-lock, or you’ll make mincemeat of your hands.

Thanks for your interest. James Bond would like that laptop for sure, although it was designed with business people in mind. 1 out of 10 laptops is stolen, yet nearly no laptop comes equipped with a theft deterrent feature.
