Okay, it took us a while to get our heads around this – but we think we’ve got it worked out. One day before Apple is possibly announcing its own small, super portable laptop, Olo is showing off an iPhone powered netbook.
Now – before you rightly start shouting about Apple never licensing its software to others (apart from *that* time, but we don’t like to talk about it) it looks like this isn’t running the iPhone OS. It is literally powered by an actual real iPhone that slips in below the keyboard and would appear to double as a touchpad.
This has to be the single, clumsiest design concept of the year. But yet, there’s something so endearing about it, we kind of want it to be successful. You have no idea of the internal torment currently going on at EP towers right this minute. It’s pretty nasty.
