BlackBerry Storm: Free on Vodafone! We’ve just had word on the BlackBerry Storm’s price on Vodafone, with confirmation that it’ll be free on Vodafone tariffs costing £35 and above.

RIM’s new touchscreen handset will be free on an 18 month contract, and you’ll only need to fork out £35 a month for the privilege.

It’s not all good news though. The first reviews are trickling in, and according to The Times, the review unit they were handed was much heavier than expected (we’ve heard that from other sources too).

On the bright side, grab a BlackBerry Storm and you’ll have more than just a heavy phone in your pocket – thanks to its slimline price tag you’ll have a reassuringly heavy wallet too!

A free blackberry Storm sounds great but it’s only free if you a new customer, for us long standing loyal customers of Vodafone we get the privelidge of paying £120 for it, WOW thanks vodafone
