Lunchtime lowdownTech doesn’t get more exciting than this: first the most anticipated BlackBerry of all time has gone official on Vodafone, and then details of the next-generation Wii hit the web, complete with murmurs of a HD upgrade.

The BlackBerry Storm has finally broken cover on Vodafone’s website. The mobile network’s slapped up a page for interested phone fans to sign up for e-mail alerts as soon as the handset goes on sale.

We’ve also gotten wind of the next-gen Wii. The latest rumours point towards a HD upgrade for the arm-waving console, as well as increased storage and more downloadable games. We hear it’s due to hit shelves in 2011, but will pack full backwards compatibility with all your existing games.
