It’s not just swanky iMac slayers that Sony has got waiting in the wings – there’s something for the portable computing fan too in the form of the Vaio NS1.
According to Sony: ‘the Vaio NS1 is easy to use, attractive to look at and features technologies that people want and use’. And let’s face it – who really wants a laptop that’s complicated to operate, looks freaking ugly and comes loaded with features you’re never, ever going use?
With this revolutionary design theme in mind the NS1 comes packing some top spec components. For example, the flagship VGN-NS11Z/S bundles a Blu-ray drive so you can dip into high def movies and you get super fast Draft-N Wi-Fi so you can stream away to your heart’s content. It’s powered by a speedy Intel T5800 Core 2 Duo chip, 4GB of memory and packs in a 320GB hard drive. The screen stretches to 15.4 inches, with a 1,280×800 resolution, and it all comes wrapped up in a non-ugly case making it a great all rounder.
