LG’s not messing about when it comes to 8 megapixel camera phones. First the LG Renoir dished up 8 megapixels of joy, and now the KC780 is slimming them down.
Unearthed by the chaps at GSMarena, this official-looking shot of the new phone shows it sporting a high resolution camera, inside a shell promised to be the slimmest for that megapixel count.
There are real-life shots posted too, showing the new phone next to the Renoir. However, it seems LG’s being cheeky, and has shaved millimetres from the back of the keypad section, while leaving a chunky section up top for the camera to sit inside.
Other features are scarce, but we’ve heard it’ll be a quad band phone, and will also shoot video at over 30 frames per second. The KC780 also appears to be sporting a DivX badge, and a logo telling us it’ll shoot pictures at ISO 1600, just like the Renoir.
