American retailer Best Buy has added placeholder stock listings for new Apple Mac models to its internal inventory system. What does it mean? New MacBooks on the horizon, that’s what!
The listings are fantastically vague, simply stating “Apple Mac Placeholder” followed by a code to denote whether they are English or French.
However, there are six models listed for each language. Coincidentally, Apple currently sells three basic models of MacBook and three basic models of the MacBook Pro.
Now, we might be getting ahead of ourselves, but since neither machine has had a thorough design overhaul for years, we’re expecting new models to drop imminently.
Just think back to those rumours of an all-aluminium MacBook with a glass trackpad, and more recently, support for Blu-Ray and HDMI. Excited? You should be.
