Nokia Tube to launch October 2nd

Nokia TubeThe first touchscreen phone to escape Nokia’s labs is due for launch next month, reports claim, with the Tube finally touching down on October 2nd.

According to Pocket-Lint, an inside source has revealed Nokia’s finger-friendly phone will launch at a London event to herald the introduction of the firm’s Comes With Music service.

However, it’ll also form a global launch, as the phone will be available all over the world.

We’ve been eagerly awaiting the Tube for months. Seeing it feature in the latest Batman film only whetted our appetite more. And while we’re not sure it’ll be feature-packed enough to tackle the iPhone or T-Mobile G1, we still can’t wait to get handsy with its luscious screen.

Keep it here for more as soon as we hear it.
