With this collapsible lightweight bike you can sail through stationary traffic and then, if it rains, or your legs get tired, just fold your trusty steed into a natty knapsack before hopping on the number 37.
Commuter bikes that fold up very small are nothing new, but this one is made of lightweight materials and it folds up much smaller – to the size of a small backpack in fact. Train operators seem to take a dim view of bikes on trains at the best of times and operate a total ban at rush hour, but they wouldn’t be able to stop you with one of these unobtrusive devices on your back. Designer Andy Tioh has yet to find a sponsor, but it looks to us like a practical solution to London’s commuter chaos.
