Following the Xbox 360 price drop frenzy in the US Woolworths will now be slashing the price of all Xbox 360 models in the UK.
According to secret spy shots of a Woolies catalogue given to Engadget, the retail giant is set to cut prices – presumably in the lucrative run-up to Christmas.
As the spy shot shows, you’ll soon be able to grab one from £129.99 (currently £159.99) with the Premium unit dropped to £169.99 (currently £199.99) and an Elite at £229.99 (currently £259.99).
Assuming the chops go ahead, the Xbox 360 will widen its narrow price advantage over the Nintendo Wii (£179.99) as the cheapest ‘next-gen’ console.
Out now | From £159.99 | Woolworths | (via Engadget)
