Windows 3.11 on an Eee PCWhen a new piece of technology is released, it’s only a matter of time before some tries to get it to run Windows 3.11 – the Eee PC is the latest machine to be dressed up in 15 year old clothes.

Somewhat surprisingly it mostly seems to work – even as far as getting Ethernet running so you can go online. Wi-Fi, however, is probably out of the question.

If you fancy having a go yourself, you just need a set of Windows 3.11 installation disks, a spare USB stick and far, far, far too much time on your hands.
