Motorola’s new MOTOJEWELFed up with boring flip phones? Then the MOTOJEWEL is for you. Spelt in characteristically annoying fashion, the new Motorola phone is a clamshell design with an eye-catching angular shape hiding some surprisingly strong features. Jewel on the outside, gem on the inside.

Available exclusively from The Carphone Warehouse, it’s obviously a girly phone. It even comes packaged with a purse to keep it snug alongside make-up, credit cards and a vanity mirror.

Inside the mirrored shell is a phone with touch sensitive keys, stereo bluetooth and a Linux-based operating system to keep it fast and responsive. Its external display is a hidden one too, only shining through the phone’s surface when required.

Stay tuned for a full hands on video soon.

Out November | £99 | Motorola (available at Carphone Warehouse)
