The Bamboo Series is about more than just wrapping a laptop up in a, albeit very pretty, wooden case. Everything about it from conception, production to its eventual disposal has been assessed to make it as green as possible.
Of course, it’s no good if it’s not up to the job of everyday computing, but with a Core 2 Duo chip inside, DDR2 memory and an LED backlit display it should be fine. You probably won’t want to overclock it though, just in case.
